For the last 10 years Rim has been the main supplier for the housing stock maintenance contract in Leeds. Rim is also the main supplier for scaffold requirements at Leeds University. Rim also provides a 24hour emergency call out service for the local Authority and emergency services.

Emergency call outs include providing scaffolds within hours after a freak Tornado hit a suburb of Leeds. Providing independent scaffolds at the homes of the 7/11 terrorists   to allow Police to not only shield the properties from the worlds media but also allow them to carry out forensic tests on the buildings.

Rim also provided protection scaffolds for Leeds city centre earlier this year to protect statues from protestors.

Rim has formed a close working relationship with the local authorities and helped develop safe working practices needed to be introduced when working on domestic properties.

Because of our experience of working with the local authorities and ourloped systems of works RIM has recently been awarded a similar contract with St Ledger Homes Doncaster who were extremely impressed with the systems we have developed not only on site but from order to completion.

We take pride in our knowledge of the domestic properties and understand that we are working on people property not a building site.

Rim has a unique fleet of smaller vehicles which allows our operatives to work from them leaving no spare materials on site.
