Antonia Beggs of the European Tour was also delighted by RIM's contribution to the smooth running of the tournament. "RIM once again delivered all our requirements at the BMW PGA Championship to the highest standard. Not only did they fulfil every obligation with regards to the initial quote, they went far beyond the call of duty to help us ensure that the event looked its very best. Their investment in the new cladding finish paid off with both big screens looking much better than in previous years. Their onsite team continue to be one of the strongest with a vast amount of knowledge and skill that makes all the difference when working on such a high calibre championship."

BMW Championship

RIM Events once again designed and constructed various structures at the BMW Championship, Wentworth. The structures included leader boards, LED screen supports and TV camera towers.

As with every event RIM had to apply some of their creativity and ingenuity to a camera tower, overlooking the 18th Green, which needed to be positioned in an unusually difficult place. Frazer Pearson, RIM's Operations Director explained. "We had to put great thought into the design of the tower due to its location. Not only was the tower going to impede the corporate hospitality walkway facing the green, it was also going to impede the disabled access at the rear of the stand. To add to the difficulty we had to design the tower so the cameraman had secure access and make the tower independent of all other structures. We are extremely proud that the tower became the main feature of the stand, both front facing housing the Rolex Clock and Tented Village facing with the race to Dubai emblem. Importantly it turned out to be the perfect tower position also, giving an unrivalled shot of the new Green layout and the new greenside water feature – a great few weeks at work for all concerned."
